Baby Naming
Baby Naming and Bris
Mazel tov on the birth of your baby! Bringing a new life into this world is an exciting time for both the parents and their families.
We would be thrilled to be part of your simcha and help you celebrate the baby naming and/or the bris.
Girls are traditionally named when their father receives an Aliyah to the Torah after her birth. This can take place on a Monday, Thursday or Shabbat.
The Bris usually takes place on the baby boy's eighth day of life, even if it falls on Shabbat or a Jewish holiday. This can take place at the shule or in the comfort of your own home.
