Service Registration 2021

Registration for Erev Shabbat and Shabbat Morning Services

In line with the Victorian Government's current guidelines, we are able to hold services for 20 fully vaccinated participants.
  • Participants 12 years + 2 months and over must provide proof of vaccination status. Click here to upload your digital certificate. Those with a legitimate medical exemption as per the Directions may provide the shule with proof of their exemption and participate in the shule service. When you register your vaccination status in advance, you will not need to do so upon entry
  • All participants must adhere to social distancing between households
  • When possible, for example Friday evenings, participants must QR code upon entry
  • On Shabbat when it is not permissible to check-in, please make sure you present yourself to  security who will have a list of participants who have pre-registered. If you did not provide your vaccination status in advance, you will have to bring a hard copy to the shule
  • If you do not provide your vaccination status in advance or upon entry, we will sadly have to refuse your entry to shule
It is the responsibility of the shule to ensure that participants are double vaccinated and are registered in advance. It is our collective responsibility to ensure that we protect our community. We thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.
